General terms and conditions for your stay in our apartments in the centre of San Vigilio near the ski slopes of Plan de Corones.
Prices
Prices are per apartment and day for a minimum stay of 7 nights (low season minimum 3 nights). From 01.01.2021 a local tax of 3.20 € per person (from 14 years) and day is added to the price. The tax is to be paid upon arrival.
Reservation
The booking is only binding after receipt of a written confirmation from both parties and the requested deposit, which will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
In case of late arrival, early departure or partial occupancy of the booked beds, the entire stay will be charged.
Check-in / Check-out
The apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 7 p.m. please contact us at the following number: 0039 347 1305388.
Pets
We accept small to medium dogs only on request and only in some apartment types.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in our apartments.
Payment
You can pay in cash or by credit card.
